Tryout Information

Students who plan to or are thinking about trying out for a sport must have a physical. The PCHS Smart Clinic will be conducting Sports physicals on May 14, 2025. The time of physicals will be from 8 am to 3 pm. All sports physical fees will be $10 and must be paid before May 8 to the SMART Clinic. Students will receive an appointment time once the fee is paid.  Students must have an updated Dragon Fly and an updated Preparticipation form. If you have any questions, please see the SMART Clinic.
